THE PROPERTY
Ocean View Paradise is a vacation rental property with room for 26 guests. It is made up of two houses, one honeymoon studio suite, two pools, an on-site bar, and an event pavilion. Our property is located on a hill, spread across three levels, connected by an outdoor staircase. Every level of our property has amazing ocean views. You can rent the entire property, one house, or one floor, however large your group, we can accommodate you!
Located in the heart of Rincón, Sandy Beach is less than a five minute walk away. If you walk down our driveway you'll find a few restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Check out Big Kahuna Bar for one of the best burgers in the area and Tamboo for water-front dining. Tamboo and Kahuna are both great places to eat and enjoy nighttime entertainment.
GROUP RENTALS
Ocean View Paradise is the perfect location for your destination wedding or group event. The outdoor staircase leading from the infinity pool at the top house down to the event pavilion is picturesque, great for weddings entrances, photography or Instagram moments. The pavilion has stunning ocean views, space for 85 guests and can be set as needed. It is set with hammocks and lounge seating unless otherwise requested. The on-site bar area is located next to the pavilion and available for guest use. Above the bar is the romantic, honeymoon studio suite. Both houses have private entrances, balconies, kitchens and living rooms on every floor, creating separate apartments, making it ideal for wedding parties, family reunions, retreats or group getaways. The 7 bedroom house located at the top of our property has gorgeous ocean views from every floor. The infinity pool is located on the second floor. The three floors can be completely separate and have their own private entrances and gated parking. Each floor has their own balcony, BBQ gas grill, living room and fully stocked kitchen.

The house is made of two floors with separate entrances. The pool and outdoor BBQ gas grill are on the first floor and the second floor has a large balcony with an outdoor dining table and seating for 10.
